Return & Refund Policy
As our products are digital and service-based, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we strive for customer satisfaction, and exceptions may be made in the following cases:
Eligibility for Refunds:

If a digital product (such as a course, custom beat, or masterclass) is not delivered due to a technical issue.

If the purchased product is defective or inaccessible due to website errors.

If the service has not started and the refund request is made within 24 hours of purchase.
Non-Refundable Cases:

Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed.

If dissatisfaction is due to personal preference (custom music service), in such cases revisions will be provided so as to ensure customer satisfaction.

In cases where work on custom music projects has already started.
For refund requests, email themusicroomservices@gmail.com with your order details. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
