Return & Refund Policy

As our products are digital and service-based, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we strive for customer satisfaction, and exceptions may be made in the following cases:

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • If a digital product (such as a course, custom beat, or masterclass) is not delivered due to a technical issue.

  • If the purchased product is defective or inaccessible due to website errors.

  • If the service has not started and the refund request is made within 24 hours of purchase.

Non-Refundable Cases:

  • Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed.

  • If dissatisfaction is due to personal preference (custom music service), in such cases revisions will be provided so as to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • In cases where work on custom music projects has already started.

For refund requests, email themusicroomservices@gmail.com with your order details. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
